1. Introduction
Welcome to Solid Finish Coatings. By scheduling a consultation, receiving a quote, or booking a project with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Solid Finish Coatings specializes in epoxy, polyaspartic, and other protective coatings for garages, basements, patios, and pool decks. The scope of each project will be outlined in a detailed proposal or estimate before work begins.
3. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided in a formal written estimate and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A deposit of 40% is required to secure your project date.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Check, or Bank Transfer.
Late payments may result in a 7% late fee for every 10 days past due.
4. Project Scheduling & Completion
Consultations are available on weekdays, while all projects are conducted exclusively on weekends at this time.
The estimated project timeline will be provided in writing, but unexpected delays due to weather, material availability, or site conditions may impact completion time.
Customer is responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings before the scheduled project start.
5. Surface Preparation & Pre-Existing Conditions
Solid Finish Coatings will properly prepare the surface before applying coatings, but we are not responsible for unforeseen conditions such as:
Excessive moisture in concrete.
Structural issues or pre-existing cracks that could impact coating durability.
Unforeseen contaminants affecting adhesion (e.g., oil, grease, chemicals).
Additional repairs or moisture mitigation may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.

7. Warranty & Liability
Solid Finish Coatings provides a limited warranty covering workmanship and material defects for 5 years from project completion.
The warranty does not cover damage due to customer misuse, improper maintenance, impact damage, chemical spills, or acts of nature.
Liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered and does not cover any indirect or consequential damages.
