Whether we’re coating a garage, basement, patio, or pool deck, our system ensures a clean install and a surface that stands up to the elements — and life.

Here’s how we do it:

1. In-Person Consultation & Free Estimate

Every project starts with a free on-site visit. We’ll evaluate your floor, take moisture readings, and walk you through color and finish options. You’ll get a clear quote with no hidden fees, and we’ll talk through any add-ons like logo installs or concrete repairs.

2. Floor Prep: The Most Important Step

Coating systems are only as good as their prep — and we don’t skip corners. We use industrial-grade grinders to profile the surface, open the pores of the concrete, and ensure maximum adhesion.

We also:

  • Repair cracks and spalling

  • Patch low spots

  • Fill joints (if needed)

Even if your slab shows no signs of moisture, we typically apply a moisture vapor barrier (MVB) to prevent bubbling and peeling down the line.

3. Base Coat Application

Once prep is complete, we lay down a high-solids epoxy or polyurea base coat (depending on the system chosen). This coat bonds to the concrete and creates a solid foundation for flakes or metallic pigments.

4. Decorative Broadcast(If applicable)

We apply full-broadcast flakes or metallic pigments based on your design choices. For flake systems, we completely cover the base coat with decorative flakes for texture, slip resistance, and style.

5. Scrape & Sand

Once cured, we scrape and sand the floor to remove any loose or sharp flakes, ensuring a consistent texture that’s safe and clean to walk on.

6. Top Coat: Long-Term Protection

We finish the system with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat — the industry’s gold standard for durability, gloss, and chemical resistance. This seals the surface and protects your floor from daily wear, salt, oil, and weather.

7. Walkthrough & Care Instructions

How Long Does It Take?

Most residential projects take 2–3 days, depending on the system. We offer one-day installs for certain flake systems, but some jobs may take longer for specialty finishes.
